Our Policies

• All prices are per unit per week (unless otherwise noted).

• Minimum order for free delivery is $20.00 (before tax).  If an order does not meet the minimum, it will be picked up from and returned to our office at 3211 C Terminal Street, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29582, by the tenant.

• All orders received two (2) weeks in advance will receive a confirmation statement.  Please check all information carefully to ensure proper delivery and pick-up.  Beach Bumz Equipment Rental, Inc. does not confirm your rental information with your property manager.

• Payment in full is due prior to delivery.

• The tenant is responsible for all lost or damaged equipment.

Refund Policy

• Cancellations without penalty must be made two (2) weeks prior to arrival. For cancellations less than two (2) weeks in advance, a 25% ($10.00 minimum) fee will be assessed.

• In the event of a mandatory evacuation, the tenant is required to provide Beach Bumz Equipment Rental, Inc. with a written refund request within thirty (30) days after evacuation.  Prorated refunds will be given for rental equipment only.  We are unable to prorate linen and towels.
